Leeza is an exceptional communicator, she made the online process of hiring a freelancer from abroad much more pleasant. She didn't do anything creative for us as of yet, but I felt that she should receive all stars for creativity. If there was a problem with the layout of our ebook in InDesign, she immediately addressed the issue and sent the product within 2-3 hours of communicating.
