• Drafting, examining, analyzing, and continually revising contracts, agreements, SOW’s,
amendments, and addendums
• Managing contracts and intellectual property license agreements for the execution process
• Working closely with other divisions to keep them abreast of internal policies and
procedures that the legal team and board of directors initiated and ensure full compliance
with legal regulations and contract verbiage
