I am a registered Indian Patent agent and have completed LLB. I work for both domestic & foreign clients in the drafting and prosecution of patents in the areas of pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, materials including polymers, glass, metal; microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. I also provide opinions on the validity and enforcement of patents, freedom to operate, infringement analysis and assist clients with due diligence, technology transfer and licensing apart from managing patent portfolios. I regularly appear before the Indian Patent Office, the Intellectual Property Appellate Board in connection with prosecution and enforcement of patent rights.
