Key Skills: - Well versed knowledge of “The Patents Act 1970” - Well versed knowledge of “The Design Act 2000” - Hands on experience of Claims and Specification Drafting - Accented with knowledge of patentable subject matter (PCT, US, EP & India) - Familiar with prosecution and filing in (US, EP, IN) - Accented with knowledge of patent classification (IPC, CPC, USPC, EPC and JPC) - Familiar with different type patent searches (Patentability, FTO, State of Art and Invalidation) - Working knowledge of various patent searching and analysis tools (Patsnap, USPTO, Patent lens and Espacenet)
