I worked as a payroll and HR administration specialist. My skills allowed me to succeed in this area: analytical, attention to details, client-oriented, meeting the deadlines, etc. I have been promoted to team lead position and as part of my responsibilities, I was checking the work of my subordinates. As the company was applying the "4 eyes check" principle, the reporting was sent to the client only after my approval. As a part of my job I was closely working with our IT team in order to improve our in-house software. I was testing the new features and sending feedback to the IT team. I was providing ideas in order to improve the user experience and have a user-friendly tool. As a payroll specialist I was working with a great amount of data and using excel on a daily basis.
