Responsible for discussing with Test Engineers and work on Circuit Designing, developing, testing of ICs, Component selection, ability to analyze the specification given in the component datasheet. Accountable for Drawing the circuits, wiring of components and creating net-list and Judiciously documenting all major activities for effective reference and for future use. Involved in creating layout designs including Component placement, power plane creation, routing of signals which includes Differential pair routing, Length matching, Ground shielding. Interfacing and coordinating with the management, team, and associates to facilitate smooth communication and delivering the error free designs to customer within the schedule. Understand and analyzing the requirement and also to identify appropriate solutions for problems, if any and validating all design rule checks. Preparing the documentation for the design plan, review specifications for modifications, integrating components and testing. Designing for manufacturability that includes preparing fabrication notes, Drill chart, Layer Stack-up Configuration. Gerber generation and validation using CAM tool to meet DFM Regularly preparing service related reports covering all vital activities information.
