HI, I am Victor, a template designer with 12 years of professional experience designing PDF forms. I have attached samples of my work for your review and testing. My clients include banks, insurance agencies, security firms, auto repairers and spares dealers among others.

  1. I use Adobe Indesign to mockup form concepts and Adobe LiveCycle designer to develop the form in conformance with the concept. In some simpler cases, I design the form directly in Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
  2. Regardless of difference in time zones, I am always on standby and respond to invites typically within minutes, latest within 1 hour. The requirements for the projects I have completed successfully have been wide, and of varying degrees of complexity. These requirements include: - 
  3. Visually appealing designs which creatively apply brand guidelines or a given colour palette and fonts or typefaces. 
  4. Well-designed forms that are easy to navigate visually, with a discernible and well implemented information hierarchy, recognizable form fields in the event the user has disabled form field highlighting, and overall modern / professional look and feel.
  5. Automatic calculation / auto-filling of field values. This behavior is useful when you want to mimic excel-like functionality. It is also helpful in auto-filling field values based on what the user has entered in other fields, thereby reducing repetition, saving time and minimizing errors.
  6.  Conditional element / section visibility or presence. There are three scenarios where this behavior is helpful namely: -
  • When there is no data available or necessary for a certain section of the form or particular form field,
  • When the value of a given form field renders a section of the form, a table row, or a particular field irrelevant,
  • When a particular form element is only relevant in a given context like “screen only” or “print only”. This is especially true with buttons and in some cases, instruction annotations or help text.
