I have recently completed an undergraduate degree in Linguistics at University of Edinburgh (consistently top 5 in the world for Linguistics, 3rd in 2020). I am highly trained in computational linguistics e.g. using Python, R and Praat to conduct acoustic analysis of speech. I am highly skilled in linguisitic theory and practice, and have consistently been at the top of my class in one of the most demanding institutions of its kind in the world. I can create phonetic transcriptions of speech quickly and accurately, and can conduct syntactic analysis like dependency analysis and phrase structure analysis to a high level. I have an acuity for language, speak French fluently (as well as my native English) and I'm currently learning Italian and Irish.
