I will edit the quality of several photographs, adjusting lighting, colour, contrast, frequency touch Up and air brushing. Depending on the photo quality and the style image you want the prices will vary. A short task of photo editing like adjusting to grey scale will be cheaper than a photo manipulation. I will use both light room and Photoshop, howeber, I am happy to save the images as Jpegs or Psd files. My starting wage is $30ph
