I'm a photo / picture / visuals / image researcher, and I'm ready to procure the perfect photos, illustrations, artwork, historical artifacts, and/or videos for your book, website, marketing materials, etc etc etc! A keen eye for a great image, with over 15 continuous years of experience researching, obtaining and creating imagery for a variety of publishers and publications. Let's tailor my work to your specific project: • What are your image needs? We’ll first discuss size, orientation, look and "feel" and any other concerns. Perhaps we would browse and critique some image samples and get inspired together. • Next we can discuss your image usage budget – how much do you hope each image will cost to reproduce? Smaller budgets just mean bigger ideas – we’ll get to the right images! • You will let me know by when the images are needed. Together we can create the milestones in between. • Then I will get to work scouring image sources far and wide, big and small and come up with several options per spec from which to choose. • We didn’t find the right image that time? I’ll go another round. • You will make your image selections, we can select the images together, or you can leave it totally up to me – I have worked with editors, designers, authors and project managers in every which way. • If needed, I can assist in obtaining final image files and/or preparing the image files for final use, for print or electronic (or both). • I will make sure all images have proper permissions and copyright clearance for your exact usage.
