"The great thing about being a writer, director, producer of film and theatre is, for over 15 years I have seen lots of portraits and headshots cross my desk and what I have found is that many of these pictures don't represent the true soul of a person. I bring a unique perspective to photography. I believe that the best portrait is not a properly technically staged project, although that helps, but one that captures the essence of a person at a unique moment in their lives. My intent is to add a little glam, a little life, maybe some fun, beyond the reality of one's soul. I want to capture the spirit of who a person aspires to be at that very moment. Not who she was, nor who she thinks she is, but who she aspires to be."
