Hy, I’m Mio I have over 10 years of experience as a web developer. So I started as a PHP/HTML/CSS developer in 2007 and after that I started freelancing developing on Wordpress slicing psd files converting them to html css and javascript after that I was doing more complex applications using Zend Framework. Through the years I was doing everything regarding web development as far as developing applications for the town hall and huge business as well In 2013 I got a job where I was developing on zend framework custom e-commerce website that was using mongodb, basically users could upload images of clothes and get product suggestions based on the image, the suggestions were based on the colors found on the image and the type of the image for example if the image had a pair shoes will show suggestions for shoes with that color. I’m using version control started out with svn and after that moved to git, I’m working on a mac so I have some basic unix knowledge as well. At the end of 2014 I started working from home as a contractor for a company in the States called Cashklick, i had daily Skype calls and backlog grooming sessions each friday. I was working on a team of 9 people 1 qa, 1 project manager, 1 sysadmin, 4 developers and 2 designers Also applications for promoting products thru different social media channels, twitter, Facebook, linkedin and so on. For example on Facebook we promoted e-commerce products by embedding stores into Facebook apps so people could buy them and people had a User Interface where they could manage all of this I was developing everything from scratch slicing the designs converting them to html and also writing the backend code for the apps setting up cronjobs and so on. We were using heroku so all the load balancing and other stuff was handle by that, amazon for CDNS and also amazon for database storage. Also I was developing public APIS using Lumen because we had also mobile applications and other things that needed to interact with our products. I have also done email templates for promoting products thru email as well. And now for the last months I’ve also started learning swift to develop iOS applications, I’m always looking to learn new stuff and try out cool new things.
