Over the last 2 years, my emphasis has moved to PHP, MySQL hosted in a Linux environment. This has been a byproduct of transitioning my customer base to smaller clients, start-up and mid-sized companies, that are using open source technologies. Working in these environments has allowed me to expand my project involvement, often including business analysis and architecture design. My projects have ranged in rich reactive user experiences leveraging jQuery, AJAX and bootstrap technologies. In larger projects, I have implemented MVC solutions using CakePHP. I approach development as a business tool. I specialize in accounting and financial systems, including integration with existing ERP systems.
