Piping Design And Stress Analysis

  1. Performing Pipe Stress and flexibility analysis of Critical Piping Systems, above ground and underground in        accordance with ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, ASME B 31.4 and ASME B 31.8 Code Requirements, using            Caesar II 
  2. Piping Stress analysis of non-metallic piping (FRP/CPVC) systems connected to equipment such as gas              cooling tower, Tanks, Pumps, Columns, Vessels
  3. Exposure to secondary calculations like flange leakage, Nozzle limit Check and Nozzle Flexibility                          calculations,   WRC-107 and 297 check of equipment nozzles calculation
  4. Prepare and Review piping stress Analysis Reports
  5. Selection of pipe supports as per project requirement.
  6. Preparation & checking of Isometric drawings
  7. Analyses the system to ensure stress, loads and displacement are as per project requirement
  8. 3D Piping Plant Design and review Using Auto Cad Plant 3D, PDMS,E3D, SP3D Software’s
  9. Coordination with layout and support group for flexibility requirements
  10. Familiar with international Standards i.e. ASME B31.3, 31.1, 31.4,31.8, API 610, 617,618,650,… etc
  11. Familiar with Plot Plan, PFD
  12. Review piping MTO & support MTO
  13. Extraction and review of piping stress Isometrics and Reports.
  14. Reviewing the Plant General layouts, Isometrics and BOM
  15. Technical Query and updating of material specs
  16. Conversant with Equipment layout, piping layout
  17. Checking of nozzle orientation drawings
  18. Reviewing the Project documentation
