18 Years of experience in EPC and Infrastructure projects with different roles and responsibilities like Project Piping & Pipeline Construction Engineer, Mechanical Engineer (HVAC), Comissioning Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer Estimator in oil and gas and infrastracture projects in Middle East , East & Central Asia.
Work Responsibilities such as:
· Prepare work method statement for pipeline activities
· Prepare sketches for excavation, lifting & traffic plan for open cut, trenchless works in crossings
· Prepare bending schedule for field cold bends (horizontal & vertical)
· Preparing propose profile with OOS (Out-of-Stretchiness) calculation
· Preparing Site Engineering Query
· Review MTO in the project
· Works closely with site surveys
· Coordinate with construction personnel & superintendent for work execution
· Material issuance at site
· Prepare redline mark-ups and as-built documentation.
· Review isometrics and doing squad check with related documents such as P&IDs, linelist etc.
· Review weldmap on isometrics before sending to fabrication
· Review piping materials from vendor such as pipe, fittings, valves, etc
· Produce work method statement to be used during construction
· Review engineering concerns from test package, then do necessary action as required
· Preparing Site Engineering Query or Technical Query for client approval
· Review MTO in the project
· Prepare materials request for piping materials
