Responsible for Static analysis of Critical Piping systems connected to Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reboiler, Compressors, Steam Turbines, Drums, Reactors, Heaters, Air Fin Coolers, Filters , Pig launcher & Receiver pipeline , RDS ,Well Head etc. Well Conversant with ASME B31.3, B31.1, B31.4, B31.8 , API-610, API 617 ,API-661,API- 650 , NEMA SM-23. Responsible for Visual clearances of Non-critical Piping systems, Span calculations, Expansion loop requirements, Trunnion Design calculation, PSV Calculation etc. Performed Analysis of Nonmetallic Piping systems FRP & GRE Piping systems as per UKOOA, Buried Pipe Analysis, Jacketed piping, Cryogenic Piping Slurry lines analysis. Worked on FPSO project with effect of Hogging sagging, displacements due to hull deflection, structural deflections due to acceleration onsite and transit. Offshore platforms with and bridge displacement Design of springs and Bellows. Coordinating with other engineering and design discipline team members. Ensuring engineering, design quality, and technical accuracy of drawings, 3D models, material quantities, specifications, procedures. Review and comment on stress reports Optimizing the layouts for lower anchor and support loads. Interaction with civil groups for support
