Piping stress analysis for oil and gas

we  have experience more than 16 for stress analysis and plant piping layout detail engineering . 

we have demonstrated ability in carrying out stress analysis and its associated calculations of piping system along with the allied activities like

• Identifying the Stress critical lines from the P&ID and preparing Stress Critical Line list.

• Preparing the Stress Analysis Design Basis.

• Preparation of summary of nozzle loads and vessel cleats loads.

• Well verse for calculations required for stress analysis like;

• Trunnion calculation

• Flange Check as per NC/P-Eq./Sec-VIII • Reinforcement pad calculation • Strength check for primary supports members.

• PSV force as per API520

• Slug force calculation • Pipe THK calculation

• Seismic/Wind calculation as per code

• Preparation of loading for pipe rack/ structures/Platform as an input to CSA.

• Support design for critical & non-critical lines and review them in piping layout/ isometrics / 3D Model, preparation of special pipe support sketches etc.

• Preparing the Specification for the Allowable Nozzle Loads and minimizing the loads as per API-610, WRC-107, WRC-297, Equipment datasheet etc.

• Shall be well versed with all relevant international standards like ASME, API, NEMA, EJMA etc. and relevant stress analysis software like CAESARE. Knowledge of Ansys will be an added advantage.

• Should have good experience in stress analysis for lines connected to Turbine/API610 Pumps /API650 tanks/Arifin cooler and also high temperature lines.

• Prepare specifications and modelling of Engineering mechanical supports, such as spring and expansion bellows, etc.

• Check and review vendor documents
