Perform formal computer analysis for critical equipment piping viz. turbines, pumps, compressors, blower, expanders, air fin coolers, reactors, plate fine exchangers, column-reboiler piping, stack heat exchangers, drums and tank with the differential settlements etc as per the applicable codes; ? Perform formal computer analysis for Heater inlet, outlet & Decoking lines at 550°C, Column lines, Treaters under cyclic service, Air fin cooler lines, Rack & Flare lines etc; ? Analysis and supporting of big bore piping up to 84” diameter; ? Analysis of critical piping such Flare System, HP/MP Steam System, PSVs etc; ? Inlet and Out Lines of steam turbine (A312 P22), Inlet and outlet line of compressor/Expander; ? Dynamic analysis of piping for achieving frequencies, Time history/Response spectrum analysis; ? IFC support checkups, comments and documentation for issue and Archival; ? Working exposure to fatigue analysis of treaters lines; ? Formation of Critical line list and Critical Systems on P&IDs; ? Piping support location, identification, design & markup. Visual Stress analysis of the Small bore and low temperature lines e.g. Utility lines; ? Preparation of special pipe supports, Vessel clip information; ? Pipe supports span calculation; ? Rack lines analysis for Loops optimization and calculation of anchor loads for Civil; ? Stress analysis including deadweight, multiple pressures, thermal displacements, wind loads, seismic conditions etc; ? Flange Leakage check as per Kellogg Equivalent Pressure, NC-3658.3 and ASME Sec III; ? Stress analysis of CEMENT lined piping; ? GRE pipe stress analysis as per ISO 14692; ? Performing secondary design calculation to WRC 107/297,ASME flange leakage, NEMA SM-23, API 610, EJMA check using Caesar-II; ? Selection and preparation of datasheet for expansion joint and spring support; ? Thermal flexibility
