-Preparing Weekly & Monthly progress report as per the Company Quality Assurance Procedures, including:
a.Planning analysis report.
b.Progress per area.
c.Actual vs. Plan, Target and forecast reports (manpower, time, cost).
f.Contract programme update.
-Preparing the Master Contract programme (Clause 14).
-Preparing a revised programme (Clause 14.2).
-Preparing a claim programme (impact analysis, cause and effect)
-Link with the Engineer and Sub contractors concerning the progress through meetings & transmittal.
