I have over 10 years of professional experience in the field of Plastics engineering & technology. I am a Ph.D. in plastics engineering from the Department of Plastics Engineering, University of Massachusetts, Lowell. I have invented an in-situ sensor to measure in-mold shrinkage and part dimensions during the injection molding cycle which is patented under USPTO. My expertise includes but not limited to injection molding, plastics part & mold design, MoldFlow analysis, material selection, medical device, process development, validation and monitoring, in-mold sensors, design of experiments, multivariate analysis, etc. I am a highly motivated and creative person who always thrives to find high-quality and futuristic solutions.
