  4. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  5. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels, both technical and non-technical, and effectively convey complex information.

  6. Vendor Management: Ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.

  7. Problem-solving and Decision-making: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve IT service issues and make informed decisions.
