I love drawing and painting. And I love giving images to a text, making it come to visual life. If it’s a text for children, so much the better.In my illustrations I use all the aesthetic and visual resources I’ve acquired during many years of fine art painting: composition, portraiture, color schemes… Nowadays I’m working in a mixed media consisting in watercolours, coloured pencils and collage. But I have a high knowledge of acrylics as well. My favourite subject is the human figure.I also work as an art teacher in primary schools. I learn from my little students, they’re all born artists.I’m not in Guru only because I need money to earn a living. If I were rich I would work in art just the same passionate way. I’m always looking for opportunities to do my best in art, as any true artist is.
