A good PowerPoint is a piece of art. I develop presentations that look so good that can be hanged up on a wall. To much animation can make your presentation feel like a comic book and take the focus away from what you are trying to achieve. Text must not dominate the page. When there is too much text, the eyes will not know where to focus and lose interest.
