? Develop techniques and tools that lead to a quality improve of firm services.
? Program, lead, monitor, supervise and evaluate all improvement processes contracted by the firm (Private companies or Government).
? Lead projects aligned with services improvement all through the Project life cycle and within best practices standards (PMI/PMBOK, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
? Applies process improvement tools, e.g. Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, Takt time analysis, to improve business capabilities; specifically, Six Sigma tools and methodology to improve process capability and eliminate defects, and Lean Manufacturing tools and principles to eliminate waste and improve flow resulting in cost reduction and capacity expansion.
? Leverage Continuous Improvement frameworks, including, but not limited to, principles of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to effect cultural change.
? Oversees cost and profit optimization projects, including project identification, prioritization and selection; tracking project results, monitoring project progress, and reporting on progress toward key performance indicators, strategic goals, and operational goals.
