I have a total 17+ years of progressive expertise in Operation Management, Customer Service, Stakeholder Management in supply chain management (SCM) and freight forwarding. I have worked on flagship projects, Business Process Improvement, Key account management, Customer relationship management and Transition/Migration Management for various processes/countries/ clients. I have extensive knowledge of Lean concepts and tools, OPEX, PEX, Kizen, and Automation, also experienced with project and program management. Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and rapidly react to changes of focus and/or priority. Developed standard work procedure for Global and key accounts by evaluating the process and determining the most efficient Global standards.
