- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity with emphasis on Process Safety.
- Developing maintenance, operations procedures to increase the efficiency; implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Commissioning the equipment, meeting targeted performance/ quality & quantity parameters. Supervising the installation, commissioning and maintenance of machines followed by trial runs.
- Maintaining all reports & ensured compliance with TPM ,ISO, HACCP, and TQM
- Planning the day-to-day Maintenance & Production related activities & schedules and allocating work for achieving the monthly production targets.
- Ensuring overall systems & control are in place and as per Govt. Agencies such as Municipality Safety, etc.
- Organizing, planning & coordinating the entire product development process including requirement analysis, finalization of parts specifications, designing, verification & validation, etc.
- Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements
