• Design & development of Plastic Product as per customer requirement. • Creating B surface from A surface, Closure volumes, B side surface modification. • Creation of fully parametric 3d modeling. • Creating part drawing & assembly drawing with all details such as Gap flush analysis & implementation, GD&T details addition, Notes, EBOM, Views, Sections addition, etc. • Verifying gap and flush between various components with respect to a standard gap and flush required. • Maintaining the proper part history. • Draft analysis considering the root thickness, extracting parting lines. • Quality check of the parts as per the checklist for Tooling Feasibility, Assembly Feasibility, Clash analysis, and Draft analysis. • Reverse engineering (Non- Parametric to Parametric). • Small modifications in already developed parts.
