I have completed MBA in Finance and have experience of more than 10 years in tax preparation and bookkeeping for USA, Australia, UK and Dubai. For tax returns, I prepare : individual and business tax returns including all entities (Mostly Form 1040 / 1065 / 1120 / 1120S), amended returns, extensions, tentative refunds, Carry back and Carry forward of NOLs, Representation to IRS, etc. and many others. I have also some experience in preparation of estimates for next year in a systematic manner. For book keeping, I prepare : specialized accounting for tax preparation including tax adjustments, Financial bookkeeping including Day to Day bookkeeping, bookkeeping adjustments, books closing adjustments (monthly or yearly), customized management reports, Financial Statements analysis as required, etc and many others as required.
