. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Receivable function to ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, reconciliation, and          reporting 

- Manage the cash collections process to ensure weekly goals are met and vendors are paid timely 

- Process all closed media sales and initiate the proper accounting setups 

- Ensure the accuracy of all monthly revenue recognition and billing to customers 

- Record all daily cash receipts to maintain accurate bank ledgers 

- Perform and maintain balance sheet reconciliations during month-end close 

- Provide weekly updates/reports on cash and A/R to management - Assist with monthly close procedures and      prepare supporting schedules as assigned
