Key Responsibilities include:

 Duties include liaising and, giving personal tax advice, ensuring accounts and UK tax returns are filed on time, and

fulfilling any other needs of the clients.

 Managing with team of staff member who work internally.

 Managing relationships with deciding and distributing work between a panels of accountants, and reviewing

accountants work.

 Ensuing the WIP is monitored and any deviations expected to be discussed with the Partner.

 Offer technical support to members of staff.

 Offering support to the partners when required.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 Supporting the partners in the development of new business relationships and business proposals.

 Ensure assignments are staffed with the appropriate mix of knowledge and skills required.

 Develop and motivate employees.

 Responding quickly and anticipating client requests/needs.

 Provide technical assistance to junior members of staff.

 Organise regular internal updated courses to cover any topical matters.
