I have been reviewing restaurants and writing food and wine articles for over 30 years, a total of more than 1,500 such articles for the Chicago Sun-Times and other prominent publications and websites. In addition, I have taught direct marketing as a member of the Northwestern University faculty for 10 years. I am a graduate of Northwestern, where I majored in English/Journalism. Having toured Italy, I am well versed in Italian culinary culture.
