I was Library Chief with a Columbia University affiliated specialized medical library. As a Columbia Library Chief, I finished advanced library management coursework at Rutgers. Also, while there I managed a ten librarians, library science interns, as well as paraprofessionals. I programmed the library's OPAC from scratch using PHP/MySQL and MS Access, and I designed the library's web page using SEO, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, as well as Dreamweaver. While with Columbia I spearheaded the Search Engine Optimization of the institute's ColumbaPsychiatry.org which has ranked n in the top two million websites worldwide.
