Throughout my professional and academic career I have taken every opportunity to develop myself, and my skills, through the use of training events, courses and research. I take the utmost pride in every task that I undertake and deliver projects on time and to an extremely high standard. Training includes Microsoft office, equality and diversity, employment legislation and website construction. I have researched new ways to make HR processes and policies more effective and efficient. I have undertaken the management of a HR website and social media accounts. Core skills are: • On boarding I also possess outstanding IT skills with extensive and daily use of: • Microsoft Programs: Word, Excel (Level 3, Intermediate, Certified), PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project, Visio and Outlook. Practical and working knowledge of advanced Excel including advanced formulas, formatting and use of pivots and graphs • XML and CSV Files: Regularly create, convert and organise XML and CSV files. • Mail merge: Experience and knowledge of Mail Merge from creation to execution. • Database: Experience of CIPHR and ORACLE based databases • Report Writing System: Crystal Reports • Website design and creation • Knowledge of Macros: Written various macros to streamline data processes and auto format files • Agresso: Managed the office budget and charges to other departments
