I am a senior technical writer with an affable personality that allows me to work well with a wide variety of people. While I have written articles, blogs, online help, letters, and resumes, the bulk of my experience is in writing policies and procedures in corporate environments that are regulated by one or more government agencies. Over the years, I learned how to use various platforms, project-tracking tools, and software programs. So, in most cases, I either know, or can learn quickly, whatever tools a customer prefers. Over the last five years, I gained quite a bit of experience writing blogs and articles, and I really enjoy it. I try to adapt to the customer's requirements, ensure the piece reflects the style and tone they want, and always provide original content.
