The product is not only the software, but also the design specification and - above all - a full set of unit tests. These unit tests not only prove that the software is working, but are an additional form of documentation. My goal is to keep the customer delighted, therefore I provide constant feedback: - a timesheet with hours worked - regular updates of the software, so that you can gauge progress and give timely feedback - regular phone, email exchange Except for very special circumstances, a project is also a learning process, both for the developer as for the customer.
