Led the Microsoft Security Alerts group on analyzing and testing the monthly release of Microsoft Security Alerts regarding their impacts on Windows XP based ATM software.  Practical experiences of all Wincor Nixdorf (1500, 2100, 2150, and corresponding xe series), NCR (58xx and 56xx series), Diebold (ix and Opteva) ATM terminals.  Extensive knowledge of ATM Service Providers (SPs): Wincor ProDevice, Diebold Agilis, and NCR Aptra.  Extensive knowledge of Middleware (AXFS) application: Nexus Involve.  Extensive knowledge of various Message Protocols: NCR NDC, Diebold 91x, and IFX.  Knowledge of Host and Switch systems: Connex, Gasper, and Base 24 systems.
