  Beta came out quickly and solid - they had some trouble displaying double-byte characters in the output files but this more from the fact that they could not view what they were giving me on a japanese OS. Worked patiently back and forth to understand and solve this issue, and in the end solved it perfectly. Very quick turnarounds, very flexible and not nitpicky about making small revisions that I noticed even the day after paying the invoice. Will use DataCrops again if we have a project in this area.

  Provided a clear project outline, the pre-format gives the sense that they have strong internal processes and train their people accordingly. Swift handoff from sales account manager to project engineer, who made himself available on Skype chat to clarify objectives and give a quick yes/no on what they could comfortably handle. They clearly have expertise in building bots / scrapers and added good ideas early on to ensure that functionality would be acceptable.
