Brilliant solutions architect, developer + very importantly researcher. I have never been this impressed with anybodys' work. The job I gave him was not a simple "create this/that" development job. It was to enhance software that he and most people have not even heard of and had virtually no documentation even on the web. I don't know how he did it but he understood the requirements, researched the software, architected a solution, developed it and delivered it to me on time with A++ documentation. A job I though was impossible to do after dealing with so many other guys.
I have hired him again.
