I'm very happy with Ilya's work. His code is nicely written (no sprawling huge methods), and it works to spec. He tests thoroughly, and he has given me some good advice on Maven plug-ins. Communication is hard because of time zone issues. But over-all he's great.. Would definitely hire him again for other projects.
