Funny Garbage: I play a key technical and creative role in the software development projects at Funny Garbage in my role as Technical Director. At FG, the technical director has to be system architect, software developer and team leader. My greatest technical accomplishment at Funny Garbage is my latest creation, a tool to generate content management systems. I like to call it the cms generator. I invented a process using Erwin, Ant, Middlegen, XDoclet and Velocity to generate complete content management systems from a relation database model. To accomplish this task, I had to start with standards and a pattern. I created a standard naming convention when creating databases; I worked with the information architect to pattern a standard interface for editing, sorting, finding, associating and deleting web content and finally, the art director created a design standard.
