I was with the IBM Corporation for over 20 years and have headed a small consulting firmr for over 10 years. I taught courses from Cobol, mainframe JCL to PC couses that were as basic as how to use Windows. Many of these courses were developed and/or edited by me. In addition, I led several medium to large-scale projects from their conception to implementation. From scratch and with no assistance, I developed a system that is currently being used by a major pharmaceutical company to manage its award winning coaching system.
