- Created an intranet web site for FleetBoston Financial that used ASP, ODBC, OLEDB and custom COM components to integrate to an Oracle 8i database and Peregrine ServiceCenter. The site provided support to 50,000 Fleet employees for technology issues, allowing them to open problem tickets in ServiceCenter Problem Management, view the status of existing tickets, create requests for information security requests (to provision new accounts, etc.) and provided dynamic content. - Designed and supprted the supprting infrastructure for Fleet's online banking web site (mycard.fleet.com). Required familiarity with IBM WebSphere, Oracle, IBM MQ Series, Perl, Solaris, Sterling Commerce Connect:Direct NDM, Java/J2EE and SunONE iPlanet web server.
