Developed and implemented Best Practice procedures for a new Distribution Center and inventory management. Includes warehouse inventory management software selection and a interim html based custom inventory tool utilizing Symbol 7500 Radio Frequency terminals, SQL, IIS, .NET, VB, VB Script, Avalanche Project Management and design responsibilities for a custom Web based Order Management system, in SQL, IIS. Project included a complete preliminary Total Cost of Ownership phase which is used to track the project dashboard. Managed a Project budget of $5.1 million including software selection, implementation strategy, centralized data center, help desk, and operations support. Package migration and implementation of BPCS, JDEdwards, ITI/RF, on AS/400, RS/6000 AIX and Microsoft products.
