Responsibilities include product development, usability studies, complete web application and GUI design, application architecture, security, system architecture and all technical decisions during startup phase and in day to day operations. Responsibilities also include design and development of online help desk and email broadcast engine. The application currently supports over 130,000 users. It is written in Java and runs on Tomcat/Linux/MySQL using an MVC design approach. "Skins" allow one engine to support all 110 sites. New sites can be launched within this architecture in a matter of hours.
