As a brief overview of my skills, I have system, programming and design certifications, 7 years of Professional experience, and have created a number of award winning websites and applications for both the private and public sector; from home based businesses and private sector consulting firms, to custom application development and graphic design for the Department of Homeland Security, GSA, the Postal Service and Office of Personnel Management. I am a Macromedia Certified Professional in the areas of Flash and Cold Fusion. I utilize the latest Macromedia technology on a daily basis, and am proficient in Fireworks MX 2004, Flash MX 2004, Dreamweaver MX 2004; virtually all applications Macromedia. I also work with PHP/MySQL, JSP and ASP. My graphic design proficiencies are with Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop, and Macromedia Fireworks. I have been sworn in and accepted as an expert in Computer Information Systems for court proceedings to aid in civil disputes over IS related
