Details about the service I can render include but not limited to; † Planning, scheduling and cost control of major and minor projects, towards achieving their quality and timely delivery; † Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required; † Constructed activity schedules on Primavera 6, utilized work breakdown structure (WBS), managed and monitored task completion, ensuring they are on time, within budget and updated progress; † Provide support for Master Schedule, Proposal and Summary development; † Generating S Curve, Histogram from schedule and keeping tag on PMS: Project monitoring Sheets; † Ensured planning process was realistic and consistent with cost estimate through to project completion; † Provide support in cost estimations for projects and follow up with monitoring commercial and resources monitoring on these projects; † Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools; † Responsible for preparing and presenting accordingly the schedule impact report and lead the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources required to affect such plans.
