• Coordination/kick off meeting with clients/ retailer and with designated contractor. • Approving the conceptual design keeping in perspective of the Retailers within the Mall premises. • All approval from Mall element such as MEP, Furniture Layout, Load Schedule etc. • Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense and DEWA documentation from the Mall. • Site inspection on daily basis and follow-up CD regulation at site. • Signage approval as per Economic Department regulation. • Work completion within the start of Lease Period
