Project Management to Propel Growth

$30/hr Starting at $300

Hit-the-ground running with project management expertise to grow your team and reach your goals.  “A project that starts right, ends right” and a competent project leader will ensure the right start.

 A short introduction, or mirl:

  • Trainer, coach. I trained numerous project managers as an Adjunct Professor for many years (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, hands-on Microsoft Project). I was a certified PMP and being a continuous learner I developed additional skills along the way (SAFe, Click-Up, Trello, Rally, Jira).
  • Engineer. As you likely expect, I am organized and detail oriented, with better-than-average analytical skills. A client complemented me saying: “Ned has an uncanny ability to bridge technology with business”.
  • Business skills. Pragmatic with better-than-average: critical thinking, creative-problem solving, creativity and people management skills.
  • Soft skills. Humble and perseverant, with a subtle sense-of-humor to: keep the social-fabric wrinkle free, maintain team morale, and foster a learning culture.

I have successfully managed:

  • Small projects to help entrepreneurs: refine their strategy, tactically grow in the right direction and speed, and build momentum.
  • Large-complex programs end-to-end across the new product development lifecycle (including new services). And,
  • “Project turn-arounds” although I developed a mild allergy to inheriting such situations.

You choose.  I can lead-from-the-front, or lead-from-the-rear, or a combination of both.

I recently semi-retired and decided to give Guru a whirl. I propose we talk and get acquainted. I welcome the opportunity to explore how my expertise and experience can propel your organization and team to the next level.
