Industrial projects from commercial demonstration, process selection, project approval, design, obtain land, planning permit, land use permit, land certificate and construction permit, construction and installation, equipment verification, completion record, the whole process management.  Served as PMO manager of the $1 billion intelligent deep processing project of Huaxin Lihua. 

According to PMI standards, PMIS and various management techniques and tools are used to carry out the management of the five process groups of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing, as well as the twelve knowledge areas of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk, communication, procurement, related parties, safety and environment, and finance at each stage of the project.
