1. Project designing, planning, execution, and implementation of the donor funded projects. 

a. Writing grants to the donors 

2. Ensure the successful compliance and key performance indicators of the projects

3. Liaison between the departments of Finance, compliance and operations

a. Procurement for the projects

b. Budgeting monthly, quarterly and yearly of the project

c. Responsible to prepare/design IEC material for social media marketing and community mobilization (flyers, banners, standees and posters) 

4. Maintaining documents and records of the project (minutes of the meeting, quarterly reports etc)

5. Capacity building of the teams for their entrepreneurship programs

a. Day to day roles and responsibilities of team (associates, center coordinators, trainers, assistant trainers)  

b. Administration and clerical work assigning to the relevant persons
